Wade A. McFaul is the former long-time Assistant Special Agent-in-Charge of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Office of Inspector General, Los Angeles Regional Office.

Special Agent McFaul previously managed healthcare fraud agents from the Los Angeles, San Diego, Las Vegas, and Honolulu field offices and he served as the former HHS supervisor of the Los Angeles Medicare Fraud Strike Force. Over a career spanning more than twenty years on the forefront of government investigations, Mr. McFaul led hundreds of civil and criminal investigations involving physicians, laboratories, durable medical equipment suppliers, diagnostic testing facilities, pharmacies, and other healthcare sectors often in connection with the FBI, the DEA, the IRS, the Department of Defense, the Medicaid Fraud Control Unit, and various U.S. Attorney’s Offices.

With more than 25 years of experience pertaining to healthcare, Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance fraud investigations and audits, Mr. McFaul is an indispensable asset when it comes to helping corporate clients and healthcare providers passing audits and defending against government investigations.
